A $75.00 security deposit is applicable upon renting a storage unit. The security deposit will be refunded upon confirmation of an empty, clean and undamaged storage unit at move-out.
Occupant responsible for own tenant insurance on stored possessions.

100 sqft. Similar to an average bedroom. Contents of a two bedroom apartment.
150 sqft. Similar to a large bedroom. Contents of a small two bedroom house.
200 sqft. Similar to a single car garage. Contents of a three bedroom house. If you need a 10x20 and we don't have any available contact us and we can set you up with two 10x10 units.
300 sqft. Great for contractors. Two doors. Contact us to set up a 10x30.
